A community of villas built in serene  atmosphere, joyful surroundings, all comforts and ultra-modern amenities is attracting people of Nizamabad. These villas are built to suit the lifestyle of the residents. A group of doctors got together to develop this community called Rurban Nest as a Net Zero project. Situated in Bandipur of Dichpally Mandal, 22 doctors have built 22 spacious luxurious duplex villas on 9.2 acres of land.

Everything is special

All the features of Rurban Nest are special. All around the community there are walking & jogging tracks on two sides. All the roofs of the villas have solar panels. At the centre of the community there is organic farming on 2 acres of land.  Rain water harvesting pits divert the rain water directly into sumps. STP plants are built for purifying drain water. This water is used for farming, jogging & walking tracks and to water plants & trees. Vegetables and fruits are cultivated with drip irrigation system. 30 desi cows are housed in a beautiful Goshala.

Equipped with all comforts

The electrical cables are all underground. The bathrooms in all the villas are designed to have a constant flow of natural day light. We have a dedicated water plant for uninterrupted water supply. We have built a duck pond. We have kids play area, cricket, lawn tennis, indoor badminton court & gym within the community. The club house includes a banquet hall, guest suites, gentlemen room, meditation hall and serves veg and non veg cuisine. There’s a bio swimming pool equipped with a special water and air purifying plant. The movie theatre has the capacity of 24 seats with High speed wifi connection. For the staff working in the community, we have built one bedroom quarters for their accommodation
