Family Life and Origin:
Niharika and Hemanth Kosanam's story is rooted in family values and a longing for a community-centric lifestyle. Niharika, born and raised in Hyderabad, enjoyed the warmth of a bustling joint family where cousins were playmates, festivals were grand celebrations, and support was ever-present. However, as adult hood arrived, her family dispersed into nuclear units, and the vibrant atmosphere of her childhood began fading. Safety concerns also restricted her children, Hasini and Nihan, from experiencing the carefree days she cherished.
Discovering Damaragidda
Their quest for a home led them to Organo Damaragidda, a unique eco-habitat in Kandawada. Niharika's connection with Organo, dating back to her days with Organo Naandi, instilled trust in the company's commitment to eco-living. Her familiarity with Organo's attention to detail and resident-oriented approach made choosing Damaragidda an easy decision.
In Niharika's words, "I know, from experience, that they take care of finer details and think from the residents' perspective unlike many builders who treat buildings as mere projects. They guide the residents and educate them on sustainability through various workshops. All the projects have spaces to connect and participate in cultural activities."

A Journey Back to Nature:
Niharika's childhood, steeped in the charm of a joint family, remains a cherished memory. She recalls those days vividly, where cousins were constant companions, festivities bound them together, and neighbors felt like an extended family. But the urban landscape has drastically changed, and her own children face limitations in outdoor play, echoing a broader societal shift.
Niharika reminisces, "Today, we are all in different places living in nuclear families. In my childhood, we had neighbors who were like an extended family, and we used to go for picnics with them. There was no fear of safety when we played outside which is not the case now. I cannot send my kids outside the gate as the vehicle movement has increased and so have the crimes."

Amidst this change, Niharika and Hemanth's search for a home brought them to Organo Damaragidda. What began as an investment option has now evolved into a dream of living amidst nature and farms. Niharika envisions her family experiencing "Rurban life," with her children playing on the farm and forming a deep connection with the soil.
“I have always lived in the city and never been to any village. So, I am looking forward to living in Organo Damaragidda with my family so that I can experience Rurban life.”
Their journey represents a return to the values of community, nature, and the simple joys of life. As they prepare to make the transition from city life to the serenity of Damaragidda, one question lingers: Can this new beginning provide their children with the same soulful connection with the soil that Niharika treasures from her own childhood?
