Organo Kandawada resonates with my true nature

Sudhir Reddy
May 10, 2023
When Sudhir Reddy was three years old, he lived with his grandmother in a village called Bheemulapally in Nalgonda district. Those initial years of his childhood left a deep impression on his young mind. “The houses in villages are big with spacious verandahs, front yards with open spaces and farms behind. We used to have huge family gatherings. Villagers as a community would come together to celebrate festivals. I still remember vividly, street plays, musicals and various other cultural activities that would happen frequently. The atmosphere was vibrant and lively. There was never a dull moment in our lives. We never watched TV; we didn’t have gadgets, so our entertainment came from real people doing real stuff. The whole experience has and will stay in my mind forever,” he reminisces, “When I moved to Hyderabad back to my parents, I missed the village life a lot. I would often wonder if I will ever get to experience that spirit of being a part of community ever in my life.”

Life passed by with Sudhir pursuing Robotic Engineering and becoming successful at his work. But his longing to relive his early childhood days stayed with him. “They were two different worlds. Two different lifestyles. Two different kinds of people. I never imagined the rural culture and urban comforts could come together until I stepped into Naandi 5 years ago. It was literally and exactly what I had thought was utopian. But I had my doubts about how the promoters will sustain it. My doubts were cleared when not only did they sustain it but also launched Antharam. In fact, it seemed like they took it a few notches higher. The way it was conceived and executed assured us that the Organa way of Rurban life is here to stay. Their concepts of Saptha Patha and farming resonated with the child in me which was constantly seeking the amalgamation of rural and urban lifestyles,” he says while adding that only because of the commitment of the developers, Organo eco-habitats has become scalable.

Sudhir believes that thought becomes energy and it’s the energy of Team Organo that has put them in the top position in developing Rurban communities. “I am not even sure if such a community exists anywhere in India. The vision of the founders, their conviction and capabilities are their hallmarks. We’ve seen so many gated communities but most of them promise a lot but don’t deliver. Organo has a unique way of bringing like-minded people together. That’s what made us go for Kandawada. As a family, for us it will be the perfect home to settle in and for me to grow old in. When sustainability as a concept is implemented the way Organo does, it resonates with nature. And anything that resonates with nature will only make the residents healthy and happy.”
